Persons Unknown TV Show Premieres with a 13-episode mini-series on NBC

NBC has a new show in town: a reality TV show mini-series called “Persons Unknown,” which is slated to run for 13 episodes, the first of which aired on NBC tonight at 10/9 central.
The summer mini-series is a thrilling story about seven people who don’t know each other, but left abandoned in a strange place where they are being watched consistently. Nobody knows why or for what purpose they have been taken to the eerie place. The first episode opened with 7 strangers waking up in a hotel lrange, small town in between mountains.
Unlike Heroes that ended with a hanging ending, Persons Unknown will only last for 13 weeks, so expect no cancelations coming from NBC.
Persons Unknown is the first TV work by Christopher McQuarrie, the Academy Award winning screenwriter, producer and director.
