It was recently claimed that the American Idol host was planning to go down on one knee.
“Things are really heating up between them,” a source said last month.
“We have never seen him like this before. For the first time ever, he is taking a second away from work. We never thought he would ever meet anyone he liked as much as he does working, but now he has.
“Ryan’s parents adore her. She is smart, beautiful and funny but even more important, she has made their son happy. Now, they are just waiting for him to pop the question. Which could be any day now.”
But Hough has spoken out to set the record straight!
“Well,” she told Entertainment Tonight when asked about Seacrest’s proposal plans, “that’s news to me, and I think it’s news to him.”
Ryan and Julianne started dating earlier this year and have managed to keep their romance fairly low-profile.
