Madonna: I'm Not Madge

Madonna has never had any trouble changing her image... until now.
It seems the queen of pop can't get people to stop calling her Madge.
She says she's so sick of the title it's the reason she left the UK.
In an interview with David Letterman yesterday the 50-year-old singer corrected the host when he called her Madge. She said: "You know that's one of the reasons I left England, so I don't have to hear the word Madge again.
"People say it means two different things. Some say it is a colloquialism for a boring middle-aged housewife - others say it is short for majesty."
She's looking into it a little deeply, isn't she? Surely it's just short for Madonna?
In the unorthodox interview Madonna was carried into New York's Ed Sullivan Theatre on the shoulders of six ice-hockey stars, before joining the host for a slice of pizza.
The mum-of-four also confirmed she has no plans to remarry, claiming rather forcefully: "Remarry? I think I'd rather get run over by a train."
Check out Madonna's junk food fest, and some more stars indulging in feasts high in saturated fat.
