surgery deniers who are continuously tossed around the rumor mill with
accusations of going under the knife. This time, the culprit,
Famousplastic.com supposes Heather Locklear may have undergone a breast
enhancement surgery, since her chest looked smaller back in the 1980s.
The blog also names botox, lip injections and a facelift as possible
surgeries that Heather Locklear's had. NYC plastic surgeon Dr. David
Shafer added (via MakeMeHeal.com): "There is no question Heather
Locklear looks great. She appears to have had Botox and fillers. Her
neck/jawline also looks improved which may indicate and surgical
procedure such as facelift or neck lift."
