WWE Over The Limit is less than an hour away from starting as it is scheduled for 8pm EST and there are eight matches that have been officially announced for this pay-per-view event. Below are the matches for the fight card for WWE Over The Limit:
Eight matches have officially been announced for this Sunday’s WWE Over the Limit pay-per-view (8PM ET / 5PM PT). Here is what the card looks like:
* I Quit match for the WWE Championship: John Cena vs. Batista
* World Heavyweight Championship: Jack Swagger vs. Big Show
* Intercontinental Title: Drew McIntyre vs. Kofi Kingston
* Rey Mysterio vs. CM Punk – if Rey loses, he must join the Straight Edge Society; if Punk loses, he must lose his hair
* Randy Orton vs. Edge
* Unified Tag Team Championship: The Miz and Chris Jericho vs. Hart Dynasty
* Divas Championship: Eve vs. Maryse
* Ted DiBiase w/Virgil vs. R-Truth
On paper, it looks like a good lineup although there hasn’t been a ton of hype for the show. Many times, those turn out to be the better WWE pay-per-views. Orton versus Edge and the tag team match in particular have the potential to be really good.
