Convicted killer Alex King is scheduled to be a guest on CNN’s “Larry King Live” tonight, according to the show’s website.“Alex King joins Larry with an update on life after prison, moving on, and his attempt to help other young people stop violence,” according to the site, larrykinglive.blogs.cnn.com. Viewer’s may e-mail questions for the show through the website.
“Larry King Live” airs on local cable systems at 8 p.m.

Derek King and his brother, Alex, were convicted of the Nov. 26, 2001, murder of their father, Terry King. Derek was 13 and Alex was 12. The brothers pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, with Derek admitting to using a baseball bat to crush his father’s skull and Alex confessing to helping come up with the murder plan.
Derek King was 20 when he was released from prison on March 7, 2009. Alex was released in 2008 after serving seven years in prison.
The boys sentences were short because of their ages at the time of the murder.
