Snoop Dogg Impressed By Teenager's Beats
SNOOP DOGG is giving a high school student his big break as a music
producer after the youngster approached the rap superstar on the streets
of New York and wowed him with his beats.
The Beautiful hitmaker was leaving Manhattan hotspot The Eldridge last week (ends19Mar10) when two teens asked him to listen to tracks they had produced on their MP3 player.
Snoop Dogg happily obliged and began freestyling to the beats - and the hip-hop star was so impressed with one of the tunes, he's interested in recording it.
A source tells the New York Post's Page Six column, "Snoop puts on the earphones and then started freestyling about the Lower East Side (area of New York). He put on a great show.
"He ended up liking one of the beats so much that he asked his manager to get one of the kids' email addresses."
