LA Triumph wants Madonna to hand over all profits made

The range - which borrows from Madonna's punk style as she rose to prominence and earned the famous nickname - only went on sale two weeks ago in US department store Macy's.
The pop superstar teamed up with her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes to design the line.
But Californian company LA Triumph claims it has been "continually selling similar clothes in similar retail outlets at similar prices under the Material Girl brand since at least 1997".

In the lawsuit, it adds: "Madonna and her newfound company do not have the right to trade in the same space under this brand."
The use of the words "Material Girl" creates "deception" in the marketplace, according to LA Triumph.
It is also demanding that Madonna and her company hand over all profits made.
Both Madonna and Macy's are yet to comment.
