Judges of the
International Criminal Court at the Hague have given the green light for
investigations into Kenyas post election violence. The ICC Prosecutor
Louis Moreno Ocampo has now been authorized to investigate 20 Kenyan key
figures including politicians and businessmen linked to the January
2008 post election violence. The ICC ruling has far-reaching
implications for Kenya especially the high profile personalities set to
be investigated. And as NTVs Yassin Juma reports, Ocampo will on
Thursday outline his plan of action at a press conference slated for
11am in the morning.
