India.Arie to Perform at Obama's L.A. Fete


India India.Arie will perform at President Obama's Los Angeles fund-raiser next week for Barbara Boxer and the DNC.
Sources say the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter and guitarist will be the featured entertainment at the April 19 reception at the California Science Center. Tickets for the general reception are priced at $250 per person, and a special VIP reception is $2,500 per person. The events are at or near sellout, sources say.
