gave her sister Khloe
quite a scare when she passed out on the 
“I have the paramedics calling me telling me that Kourtney passed out, she’s in the back of an ambulance,” Khloe said on the show.Kourtney vaguely explained to Khloe what happened as she was seen slumped over and hooked up to an IV in the back of an ambulance.
“I was just running down the beach like I always have been lately. And then I just woke up.”Kourtney attributed her fatigue to her not eating all day, to which Khloe added “She hasn’t been eating a whole lot at all lately.” Kourtney apparently had an upcoming photo shoot and had been exercising to shed off some post-pregnancy pounds, but apparently she wasn’t eating enough to keep up with her regimen. After her health scare though, she admitted that her extreme diet regimen was “just not worth it.”
